We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, certain intimate items may be final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days, while expedited shipping takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team. After this window, the order cannot be changed.
